630 Transparent Silicone Steel Wire Reinforced Hose is a food-grade platinum-cured silicone hose designed for hygienic suction and transfer applications in food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical-related industries.
The hose features a highly transparent body, allowing operators to visually check the flow of liquids, powders, or materials inside the hose during operation. The smooth inner wall helps reduce residue, makes cleaning easier, and supports hygienic fluid transfer.
The inner tube can be made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone, or customized with FVMQ, FPM/FKM, or FEP liner according to different media requirements. The reinforcement layer uses a single layer of 316L stainless steel wire, improving vacuum resistance, pressure resistance, and anti-kinking performance while maintaining good flexibility. The outer layer is made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone.
This hose is suitable for the suction and transfer of edible oil, vinegar, wine, beverages, drinking water, Baijiu, cosmetic liquids, pharmaceutical liquids, powders, and other hygienic materials. It can be equipped with TC sanitary fittings, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings according to customer requirements.
