660 Double-Layer Silicone Steel Wire Reinforced Hose is a high-performance food-grade platinum-cured silicone hose designed for high-pressure, vacuum suction, and hygienic fluid transfer applications.

The hose is suitable for transporting high- and low-temperature food liquids, cosmetics, wine, beverages, drinking water, pharmaceutical liquids, and bioengineering fluids. It can also be used in special high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

The inner tube is made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone, with optional FVMQ, FPM/FKM, or FEP inner liner according to different working media requirements. The reinforcement layer combines four layers of reinforced polyester mesh fabric with double-layer 316 stainless steel wire, providing excellent pressure resistance, vacuum resistance, anti-kinking performance, and dimensional stability. The outer layer can be made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone, FVMQ, or FPM/FKM.

The smooth inner wall makes the hose easy to clean and helps reduce material residue. It can be used for CIP, SIP, radiation sterilization, and autoclave sterilization processes. Platinum-cured silicone is colorless and odorless, and contains no plasticizers or harmful additives, making it suitable for high-hygiene food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications.

The hose can be equipped with TC sanitary fittings, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings according to customer requirements.
