Raw material preparation: The factory receives high-quality fluoroplastic raw materials from reliable suppliers every day. After strict quality inspection, the raw materials are sent to the warehouse for use.

Extrusion molding: In the production workshop, workers put fluoroplastic raw materials into the extruder. The extruder heats these raw materials to a molten state and then extrude them into various shapes of pipes, rods and films through a mold. The entire process is controlled by a computer to ensure that the product has uniform size and thickness.

Injection molding: A portion of the molten fluoroplastic is fed into the injection molding machine. The injection molding machine injects these materials into a pre-designed mold and forms parts and products of complex shapes after cooling. Production process and equipment
1. Raw material preparation
Equipment: high-precision electronic scale
Steps: Purchase and test fluoroplastic raw materials. Accurately weigh the base materials and additives (such as color powder, modifier) ​​according to the needs.
2. Mixing and modification
Equipment: high-speed mixer, screw extruder
Steps: Put the fluoroplastic raw materials, color powder and modifier (such as filler, reinforcing agent) into the high-speed mixer and mix them evenly.
Equipment: screw extruder
Steps: The mixture is fed into the screw extruder, and the material is evenly melted by high temperature and shear force, and the modifier and color powder are fully mixed. The extruded material is solidified and pelletized by cooling belt.
3. Molding processing
Equipment: injection molding machine, compression molding machine, extruder
Steps: Select the appropriate molding method according to the specific product requirements.
Injection molding: Put the modified and color-changed fluoroplastic particles into the injection molding machine, inject them into the mold through heating and high pressure, and form complex-shaped products after cooling.
Compression molding: Pellets are fed into a compression molding machine, and the material is pressed into the required shape, such as seals and gaskets, through high pressure and a die.
