650V Silicone Steel Wire Reinforced Hose is a food-grade platinum-cured silicone hose designed for hygienic suction and transfer applications in food, beverage, dairy, wine, beer, edible oil, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

The hose is made with a food-grade platinum-cured silicone inner tube, with optional FVMQ, FPM/FKM, or FEP inner liner according to different working media requirements. The reinforcement layer combines four layers of reinforced polyester mesh fabric with a single layer of 316 stainless steel wire, providing excellent pressure resistance, vacuum resistance, anti-kinking performance, and dimensional stability.

The smooth inner wall makes the hose easy to clean and helps reduce material residue during transfer. It is suitable for transporting olive oil, wine, beer, fruit juice, fatty foods, milk, drinking water, and other hygienic fluids. The hose can be steam sterilized for 30 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 130°C.

Platinum-cured silicone is colorless and odorless, and contains no plasticizers or harmful additives, making it suitable for high-hygiene food and beverage applications. The hose can be equipped with TC sanitary fittings, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings according to customer requirements.
