610 Inner Fluoropolymer Lined and Outer Silicone Rubber Steel Wire Reinforced Hose is a high-performance composite hose designed for chemical, oil, solvent, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and special fluid transfer applications.
The inner liner can be made of FEP, FKM/FPM, or FVMQ fluorosilicone rubber, providing excellent resistance to oil, solvents, acids, alkalis, chemical agents, ozone, and harsh working conditions. The outer layer is made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone rubber, offering good flexibility, smooth surface, and excellent durability.
The hose is reinforced with multiple layers of polyester mesh fabric and a single layer of 316 stainless steel wire, which improves pressure resistance, structural stability, and anti-deformation performance. It is suitable for complex pipeline layouts and demanding industrial environments.
The smooth inner wall makes the hose easy to clean and helps reduce material residue. It can be used for CIP, SIP, radiation sterilization, and autoclave sterilization processes. Different end connections are available, including TC quick connectors, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings.
This hose is widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, cosmetics manufacturing, food and beverage equipment, aerospace, machinery, and special process fluid transfer systems.
