The T206 High-MFI Series is a specialized Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) resin designed for high-speed extrusion and precision molding. Developed by Shenzhen Teflon New Material Technology Co., Ltd., this grade features a high Melt Flow Index (MFI) of 18-20 g/10min, making it the premier choice for thin-walled insulation and complex electronic components.
This series comes pre-colored in ten distinct shades, ensuring consistent color distribution and eliminating the complexities of masterbatch mixing during production.
High-Speed Processability: The MFI of 18-20 g/10min allows for ultra-thin wall extrusion and high-speed coating for 3C electronics.
Excellent Identification: Available in 10 standard colors: black, white, blue, brown, red, yellow, green, gray, orange, and purple.
Thermal Stability: Maintains outstanding performance at continuous temperatures, with a melting point of 265 ± 10°C and heat resistance up to 260°C.
Superior Insulation: Provides high dielectric strength and low signal loss, essential for RF cables and precision wiring.
Environmental Resistance: Offers excellent weather resistance, flame retardancy, and self-lubricating properties.
Melt Flow Index (MFI): 18 - 20 g/10min.
Tensile Strength: ≥ 25 MPa.
Elongation at Fracture: ≥ 320%.
Dielectric Constant: ≤ 2.07.
Melting Point: 265 ± 10°C.
The T206 series is optimized for high-precision sectors and demanding industrial environments:
3C Electronics: Precision wiring, micro-coaxial cables, and internal components for consumer electronics.
Wire & Cable Industry: Automotive wiring, power battery cables, transmission cables, and RF signal wiring.
Electrical Sector: Manufacturing of high-quality terminals, sockets, and connectors.
Industrial Automation: Flexible tubing materials and heat exchangers.
Packaging: Standard 25kg net weight plastic bags with individual certification.
Storage: Must be stored in a clean, dry, and cool environment to prevent impurity contamination.
Safety Precaution: Avoid processing temperatures above 420°C to prevent thermal decomposition and the release of toxic gases.
