Product Introduction

PI-FEP Film (also known as PI-F46 Film, Polyimide FEP Coated Film, FH Film or FHF Film) is a high-performance composite film made by impregnating and coating FR463 emulsion solution onto cast polyimide film, followed by high-temperature sintering.

This material combines the outstanding properties of polyimide film and FEP coating, offering excellent electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical resistance, and high-temperature self-bonding sealing performance.

The yellow polyimide film coated with FEP provides improved scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, dielectric strength, and bonding strength, making it an ideal material for demanding insulation applications such as submersible pump electromagnetic wire, aircraft electrical systems, motors, generators, and high-voltage equipment.
