Product Description

Double-Sided FEP Coated 7.5μm Polyimide Film is a high-performance composite film specially designed for demanding insulation and protection applications such as space thrusters, aerospace electrical systems, heaters, cables, and magnet wire wrapping.

This material is manufactured by coating FEP (F46) resin on one side (FH) or both sides (FHF) of polyimide film, followed by a high-temperature sintering process. It combines the excellent properties of polyimide film and FEP resin, including radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, outstanding electrical performance, excellent dimensional stability, and heat sealing capability.

The film performs reliably over a wide temperature range from -80°C (-112°F) to 260°C (500°F), making it suitable for extreme operating environments. In addition to its superior thermal and electrical insulation properties, it also offers good light shielding performance, uniform appearance, excellent solvent resistance, and high mechanical strength.

This product is especially suitable for applications where lightweight structure, thermal stability, dielectric performance, and long-term reliability are required.
