Antistatic PTFE Tubing for Static-Sensitive Fluid Transfer

Antistatic PTFE tubing is manufactured from modified PTFE material designed to reduce electrostatic charge accumulation during fluid, gas or solvent transfer.

Standard PTFE is electrically insulating. When fluids pass through an insulating tube at high speed, electrostatic charge may build up on the tube surface. For applications involving flammable solvents, dry gases, fine particles or static-sensitive production equipment, an antistatic or conductive PTFE grade may be required.

The tubing combines the chemical resistance, low friction and non-stick characteristics of PTFE with improved static-dissipation performance.

Available sizes range from approximately ID 1 mm to ID 12 mm, with custom inside diameter, outside diameter, wall thickness, color and coil length available.
