PCTFE rod is a high-performance fluoropolymer round bar designed for precision-machined components requiring low gas permeability, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and reliable performance at low temperatures.
PCTFE, or polychlorotrifluoroethylene, has a dense molecular structure that provides lower moisture absorption and lower gas transmission than many conventional fluoropolymer materials. It is often selected for valve seats, sealing components, cryogenic equipment parts and precision components used in gas-control and fluid-handling systems.
Our PCTFE rods are available in diameters from 4 mm to 50 mm, with a standard length of 1000 mm. Custom diameters, cut lengths, dimensional tolerances and CNC-machined components can be produced according to drawings or application requirements.
