Food Grade PTFE/PFA Lined Silicone Covered Stainless Steel Braided Hose is designed for transferring high-purity fluids in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, beverage, chemical and sterile production environments.
The hose combines the excellent chemical resistance of PTFE/PFA fluoropolymer inner tube with the flexibility, cleanliness and temperature resistance of platinum-cured silicone outer cover. The smooth inner wall helps reduce material residue and makes the hose easy to clean, while the silicone cover provides a soft and safe surface for operators, avoiding hand injury caused by exposed stainless steel braid.
Hose Structure
Inner Tube:
PTFE or PFA fluoropolymer inner tube, translucent, smooth, odorless, non-stick and highly resistant to chemicals. The smooth bore design is suitable for high-purity liquid transfer and easy cleaning.
Reinforcement Layer:
High-strength multi-layer synthetic reinforcement, stainless steel braided layer, spiral steel wire and conductive wires, providing excellent pressure resistance, flexibility and mechanical strength.
Outer Cover:
Food grade platinum-cured silicone cover, white, smooth, non-stick and easy to clean. The soft silicone surface improves handling safety and protects operators from scratches caused by metal braid.
