Designed for next-generation motor and magnet-wire insulation, our Double-Sided FEP Coated Polyimide Film (FHF) delivers 165 MPa tensile strength, 86% elongation, and a 7.8 N/25mm heat-fusion bond, forming a seamless oil-proof, waterproof, and chemical-resistant insulation layer after sintering.

Product Overview

The FHF & FH Series FEP Coated Polyimide Film, manufactured by Shenzhen Teflon New Material Technology Co., Ltd, is a premium high-temperature, high-dielectric insulation composite engineered for the most demanding electrical applications.

By laminating chemically inert FEP resin onto high-performance Polyimide (PI) film, this composite provides:
