HDPE grade

HDPE (high density polyethylene) is divided into various grades according to its physical properties, uses and processing methods, and is mainly used in different industrial and daily life fields. The following are common HDPE levels:

1. Food grade HDPE
Features: With good hygiene, non-toxic, no odor, in line with the relevant safety standards of food contact materials.

2. Medical grade HDPE

6. Hollow molding HDPE

Applications: blow molded containers, such as buckets, chemical buckets, oil drums, large liquid storage tanks, etc.
7. Cable sheathed HDPE
Features: Excellent insulation, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
Application: Used for the outer layer protection of cables and wires, mainly used in communication cables, optical fibers and other fields.
8. Brushed HDPE
Features: With high strength, low elongation, suitable for processing as fiber or rope.

10. Anti-static HDPE

11. High heat resistance HDPE
Features: With high heat resistance, suitable for use in high temperature environment products.
Applications: Pipelines, chemical storage tanks, etc. under high temperature conditions.
